MoralDNA for Coaches and Trainers

Our Moral Test is
a practical tool that will be easy to implement within your coaching and training delivery.

The following are some of the practical ways MoralDNA can add value to your practise:

A personalised experience

MoralDNA takes only 9 minutes to complete on a mobile phone. Each participant then gets a personal report
that displays their own moral preferences. The report is very easy to read and understand. It also employs a
type system to better describe the profile results. Participants can then discuss personal results
in small groups and understand themselves and their team members’ moral reasoning.

A team profile you can discuss about

The generation of a team profile allows you to view the anonymous team profile of your current class. There are options to compare these results with the rest of the organisation, with business sector benchmarks and more. The comparisons of “Personal” and “At work” scores immediately drive a discussion about corporate culture to the right tracks.
The comparison between the 10 values also allows participants to understand
how corporate culture is reflected in their own team scores.

The best, meaningful language for describing corporate culture.
While the focus is on moral values, these values actually describe the necessary qualities people have employed for millenia in order to build communities. It is these values devoid of artificial corporate jargon that help build an understanding of culture and a clearly defined vision for the next day of the organisation.
